REFUND POLICY
No Refund Policy for Custom Cake Orders
Order Confirmation:

All custom cake/product orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order cost to secure the order and full payment at least 10 days prior of the pick-up or delivery date.

Orders with no deposit or full payment will be cancelled without notice to the customer.
Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is confirmed and the deposit is received, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund if not made 3 days from date of service.

In the event of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit serves as compensation for time and resources allocated to the planning and preparation of the custom cake.
Changes to Orders:

Any changes to the original order must be communicated or confirmed in writing or by phone with a supervisor at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Changes requested within 3 days of the scheduled date may not be accommodated, and the original order will be fulfilled as initially agreed upon.
Quality Assurance:

We strive to provide high-quality custom cakes, and we take every measure to meet or exceed your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us same day of receiving the cake, and we will address your concerns.
Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of delice chocolatier & patisserie llc. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
