Under the current events and circumstances, we felt like it was important to assure you that Delice
is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and is taking all precautions to continue to
provide a safe and healthy environment for our customers in our store. We are continuing to have
our team staff maintain excellent hygiene through hand washing and the use of gloves in all food
preparation. The San Antonio Health Department Codes are taught during all our team training
and all our team are Food Handler Certified. Our training and food handling processes employ all
of the hand washing and general sanitation practices currently being advocated by the CDC in
relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our store is cleaned throughout the day and more thoroughly
at closing time each day. As we continue to monitor this situation, we wanted to inform you of
some new standards we have implemented in addition to our regular high sanitation and safety
standards
In addition to our regular cleanliness protocols, we will emphasize the sanitation of all
high-traffic areas including door and refrigerator handles, tables, countertops, and
restroom.
We will be using gloves for all money handling operations.
Our management is advising all team members to stay home if they feel ill out an
abundance of caution.
We will also be taking phone call orders to our store and providing CURVE-SIDE PICKUP

Customer safety is, and remains, a priority at Delice. We are staying abreast of this very fluid
situation and will comply with any additional guidelines as they are communicated to us. We are
also considering and preparing for all future options if the situation progresses and exploring the
ability to provide our products to you using our online ordering. Please know that delice takes the
